Atlanta, GA – August 20, 2023 – Rest Assured Roadside Assistance, a leader in roadside services, has been selected as the recipient of the esteemed 2023 American Towman Ace Award. This distinguished honor is presented by American Towman Magazine, in partnership with co-sponsors Allstate Roadside, Geico, NBD, Quitx, and Arego. The Ace Award places Rest Assured Roadside Assistance in the esteemed top 1% of towing & roadside operations, recognizing their exceptional service and unwavering reliability.
The selection criteria for this coveted accolade includes a demonstrated commitment to excellence in various key areas, such as consistently meeting estimated time of arrivals (ETAs), maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and showcasing an exceptional standard of knowledge and professionalism. Rest Assured Roadside Assistance excelled in all of these categories, distinguishing themselves among an impressive lineup of nominees.
The nomination pool for the award comprised esteemed motor clubs such as Allstate Roadside, Geico, N8D, Quiztex, Arego, Fleetnet America, Motorcycle Towing Services, Petty, Tesla Roadside, and U-Haul. This year, the American Towman organization commemorates a significant milestone – the 30th anniversary of the Ace Awards and its iconic belt buckle award. With over 3600 Ace buckles bestowed upon professionals across the United States and Canada over the past three decades, the award holds special significance. This recognition firmly places Rest Assured Roadside Assistance among an extraordinary group of awardees.
The culmination of this remarkable journey will take place at the Convention Center from November 13th to 15th, 2023, where the legendary 2023 Ace buckle will be ceremoniously presented to Rest Assured Roadside Assistance. The highly anticipated award ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, November 18th, at 2:00 p.m. During this momentous event, representatives from the nominating motor clubs will be in attendance to honor and celebrate the recipient’s outstanding achievement.
The legendary Ace buckle is a symbol of excellence and is exclusively presented to those who participate at a level of excellence and will be awarded at the Ace ceremony.
